Contact Us
We read everything that arrives here. HexHubPro is a small project, so a message that says which tool you were using and what you expected gets a useful answer fastest.
HexHubPro is a base converter, so the messages that reach us tend to be about reading a memory address or bitmask or about a figure that did not look right. Both are worth sending.
You can reach us directly at support@hexhubpro.com. We aim to reply within one to two business days.
What to include
- A link to the page, or the name of the calculator you used.
- A rough version of the number you type — we only need enough of it to redo the sum.
- The output you received against the output you expected.
- Device and browser, for anything that looked wrong on screen.
If your question is about reading a memory address or bitmask, say so in the first line — it helps us find the right answer for HexHubPro faster.
Reporting a wrong result
A wrong result here is a bug, not a matter of taste. On HexHubPro the rule is that it parses the input in its source base to an integer and re-renders it in the target base, so a value copied straight out of a hex dump or a bitmask can be checked without mental arithmetic; if what you see contradicts that, either an input fell outside the model or a rounding case was missed. Give us the inputs and the expected value and we will reproduce it.
How we handle what you send
We use what you send for a single purpose: answering you. It is not passed on, not added to a list, and not used for anything else — the privacy policy has the specifics.
